Refund policy

The Quilting Connection, LLC 30 day return or exchange policy:

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt date in new, unused condition. Refunds or exchanges will be made for the amount of the item only. We are also not able to return items that are drop shipped to you (items that we do not stock) such as Wholesale Hobbs Batting. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or under warranty.

We are not able to refund custom made items. If an item is returned without pre-approval and the item has been opened, used or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping if they want the item back. Please contact us for a return code and an approval. If an item is damaged or has a factory defect we will help work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns/Refunds are not available for items after they have left our premesis, and showing as delivered to the provided address or in transit. Please let us know if you have any questions about our return policy.
